Lynn Schenck, SIOR, and David Steinbach of Trammell Crow Krombach Partners represented Globe Building Company in leasing 26,761 square feet of telecom space at 710 N. Tucker, to Downtown St. Louis Webhosting, LLC.

Lynn Schenck, SIOR, and David Steinbach of Trammell Crow Krombach Partners represented Black’s Ridge, LLC, in leasing 19,149 square feet of office space at 16253 Swingley Ridge Road, Chesterfield, to National Asset Recovery Services, Inc., represented by Mark Palmer of CB Richard Ellis.

Don Woehle, SIOR, of Trammell Crow Krombach Partners represented Sterling Properties in a 2,352-square-foot office lease renewal at the Laclede Gas Building, 720 Olive St., with Central Parking, the lessee.

Lynn Schenck, SIOR, and David Steinbach of Trammell Crow Krombach Partners represented Xenon International School of Hair Design, Inc., in leasing 18,900 square feet of retail space at 15429 - 15435 Clayton Road, Ellisville, from The Claymont Company, represented by Mike Nugent of National Real Estate Management.
